Terms and conditions for up to 15% refund on car bookings with Opodo

  1. This refund shall only apply to pre-paid car bookings made with Auto Europe for customers who have also purchased a flight with Opodo (This offer does not apply to Beach Holiday flights or Flight + Hotel bookings).
  2. This offer will run until 30 June 2009.
  3. The refund is only available for pre-pay Auto Europe car bookings made through the Opodo shopping basket. This offer is not available for post-pay bookings or pre-pay bookings with any other car supplier.
  4. The value of each refund is 10% for pre-paid Mini or Economy car type bookings and 15% for pre-paid Compact or larger car type bookings. Only one refund will be made for each pre-paid car booking.
  5. Car rentals must be booked with Auto Europe after 13 th March 2009.
  6. Flight and car bookings do not need to be made together to qualify for this offer, however, the flight booking reference you register must not yet have departed when you make your car hire booking. Only one car hire refund will be offered for each standalone flight booking.
  7. The flight booking does not have to be for the same trip as the car booking. The flight and car bookings can be for different destinations, dates and durations.
  8. The same customer e-mail address must be used for both the flight and car bookings to be eligible for the relevant refund.
  9. Bookings must be made via Opodo’s shopping basket on www.opodo.co.uk or by phoning Opodo on 0871 277 0090.
  10. The refund percentage will apply to the value of the car booking only. Any excess car insurance bought at the same time will not be eligable for any refund.
  11. After registering for this offer, Opodo will make the applicable refund to your payment card within 10 working days. If you do not receive your refund within 10 working days, please contact Daniel Rowe at Opodo on 0870 352 5209.
  12. Normal Opodo terms and conditions apply to any booking made.
  13. Opodo reserves the right, in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (in particular technical problems in the use of Opodo's sites) to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion.
  14. This offer is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
