What does it offer?
Administration fee waiver
If you need to modify or cancel your flight arrangements once you致e booked, we値l waive our ｣25 admin fee per air ticket.

Dedicated local rate phone and email support
We値l give you a dedicated phone number and email address to use if you need assistance with your booking. Your call will be charged at national local rate, and both your call and email will receive priority treatment.

SMS alerts service
Receive real time texts on your mobile on your day of travel with traffic alerts en route to your UK departure airport, notification if your flight is on time or delayed, and boarding gate reminders.

Airline failure guarantee*
If the airline you are due to travel with goes into liquidation, or if this occurs while you池e away, we値l refund you the cost of your flight ticket with the airline or use the refund to put towards a new booking on an alternative flight of a similar standard to complete your journey (up to ｣1,500 per person).

Travel insurance excess waiver**
If you make a successful claim on your Opodo travel insurance, we will refund you the standard excess charge of ｣35 (please see your travel insurance documentation for details).

How do I get it?
When you book a flight with us, you値l be offered Opodo Extra on the final page of your booking. Simply keep it in your shopping basket when you check out, and we値l send you full information on how to enjoy your extra benefits in your confirmation email.
