Air France
Founded in 1933, Air France was the first French airline in its own country. In May 2004, Air France merged with KLM and is now a subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group.
Air France operates domestic and worldwide scheduled passenger and cargo services to more than 200 destinations in around 80 countries worldwide. Its main bases are Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports in Paris, with a hub at Lyon.
The airline has nearly 400 aircraft in its fleet, which it is planning to upgrade significantly between 2009 and 2012.
