Continental Airlines

US-certified Continental Airlines is based in Houston, Texas. It is the eighth-largest airline in the world, with more than 3 000 daily departures serving more than 150 domestic and 120 international destinations.

Continental flies to more scheduled destinations in India, Japan, Mexico, and the United Kingdom than any other US airline. It's also the only US airline to fly to the Federated States of Micronesia, Indonesia, Marshall Islands, Norway, Northern Ireland and Palau.

Continental Airlines won two awards in the OAG Airline of the Year Awards 2007 ' the Best Executive/Business Class, award for the fifth consecutive year, and the Best Airline Based in North America award for the fourth year in a row. Continental Airlines plans to take delivery of 30 Boeing planes in 2008 and 24 in 2009.
