
SAS is a multi-national carrier founded in 1946 by the arrangement of airlines in Denmark, Sweden and Norway to handle intercontinental traffic with Scandinavia. It is based in Stockholm, Sweden, but operates out of three hubs: Stockholm-Arlanda, Oslo and Copenhagen airports.
SAS flies to more than 100 destinations in 70 countries and is the leading airline for travel between Scandinavia, and North America and Asia. It serves a large number of UK airports including London (Heathrow, Gatwick and City), Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Birmingham, Aberdeen and Bristol.
SAS offers a range of cabin classes including Economy, Economy Extra and Business, with services varying between Scandinavian to European and international routes.
