Terms and conditions for e-voucher codes: 'opodo20’ & ‘opodohotel’

1. The value of each e-voucher in this promotion is as follows:
   • Code ‘opodo20’ - £20 off flight bookings costing £200 or more
   • Code ‘opodohotel’ - £20 off hotel bookings costing £250 or more
   Please note, the e-voucher discount is redeemable against each booking, not per person. If e-vouchers are used against bookings which do not meet the above minimum spend requirements, Opodo reserves the right to cancel the booking.
2. The number of e-vouchers coded ‘opodo20’ & ‘opodohotel’ is limited and the e-voucher will only be valid if it is within the first 2,000 bookings for each code. Should the e-voucher no longer be valid at the time you make your booking, you will be informed of this before the booking process is complete.
3. E-vouchers must be redeemed by midnight on 10 February 2010.
4. E-voucher usage is restricted to one of each type of code per person
5. Each e-voucher must be redeemed via the website at www.opodo.co.uk or by phoning Opodo on 0871 277 0090.
6. Flight e-vouchers are not valid on multi-stop flights, Flight + Hotel bookings and flights with low-cost airline flights (easyjet, Monarch, Flybe, Jet2, Thomsonfly and Aer Lingus).
7. Each e-voucher has a cash value of GBP 0.001.
8. Normal Opodo terms and conditions apply to any booking made using an e-voucher.
9. Should you make any change to a confirmed booking which was originally made using an e-voucher, that e-voucher will become invalid and you may be charged an amount equal to the value of the e-voucher used.
10. Should a tax refund be due to you, the amount due will be reduced by the value of the e-voucher used to make the booking.
11. Opodo reminds e-voucher users of the nature and limitations of the Internet and does not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from their connection to the Internet via the Opodo website. In particular, Opodo does not accept responsibility for any damage (whether material or non-material) caused to e-voucher users, to their computer equipment or to data which are stored on them, or to their personal, professional, or commercial activities. Further, Opodo shall not be responsible if one or more e-voucher users are unable to connect to the Opodo website or to use an e-voucher due to any technical problem or any problem linked to congestion of the Internet.
12. Opodo reserves the right, in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (in particular technical problems in the use of Opodo's sites) to modify, suspend, or cancel this e-voucher promotion.
13. Each e-voucher can be used by any person (who need not be the person to whom the e-voucher was given) provided that any person who uses the e-voucher is a UK resident and is aged 18 or over.
14. This e-voucher promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
