Opodo voucher codes on Facebook – Jan/Feb 2012

Terms and Conditions

Between the 27 Jan and 9 Feb 2012 (the Promotional Period), Opodo shall offer a unique £25 discount e-voucher code to users of its Opodo sale voucher application ("app") on Facebook (www.facebook.com). The voucher can be redeemed against flight, hotel or car hire bookings costing £250 or more, subject to the conditions and restrictions described below.

1. This e-voucher promotion will commence on 27 January 2012. E-vouchers must be redeemed by 23.59 on 9 February 2012.
2. E-voucher codes are only available from the Opodo Facebook voucher app, at www.facebook.com/opodo.co.uk?sk=app_236021336464595. To use the app, users must have a Facebook account.
3. In order to be issued with a unique voucher code by the app, users must "Like" Opodo.co.uk on Facebook and agree that their Opodo voucher app activity will automatically be shared with their Facebook friends and subscribers.
4. Only one e-voucher code will be issued to each Facebook user who requests one via the app.
5. The number of e-voucher codes available on the Facebook app is limited to 1,000.
6. The £25 discount is only applicable against bookings when the total value of the flights, hotels or car hire in the booking is equal to or greater than £250.
7. E-voucher discounts are redeemable against each booking, not per person.
8. Only one e-voucher may be used per eligible booking.
9. Should the e-voucher no longer be valid at the time you make your booking, you will be informed of this before the booking process is complete.
10. E-vouchers may not be used in respect of bookings made prior to 27 January 2012 and no discounts will be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
11. E-vouchers are not valid on multi-stop flights, charter flights, Flight + Hotel bookings where the two are combined into a package with one price, flights that form part of a package holiday and flights with low-cost airlines (including but not limited to easyjet, Monarch, Flybe, Jet2, Thomsonfly, Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Norwegian and Manx2).
12. E-vouchers are not valid on "pay-later" hotels or "pay-on-arrival" rental cars
13. Each e-voucher must be redeemed via the website at www.opodo.co.uk or by phoning Opodo on 0871 277 0090 and quoting the voucher code for flight, hotel or car hire bookings. Calls to this number are charged at 10p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from other networks may vary.
14. Normal Opodo terms and conditions together with any terms and conditions that may also be applied by any carrier or any other third party supplier in respect of the booking apply to any booking made using an e-voucher. Should you make any change to a confirmed booking which was originally made using an e-voucher, that e-voucher will become invalid and you may be charged an amount equal to the value of the e-voucher used.
15. Should a tax refund be due to you, the amount due will be reduced by the value of the e-voucher used to make the booking.
16. Opodo reminds e-voucher users of the nature and limitations of the Internet and does not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from their connection to the Internet via the Opodo website. In particular, Opodo does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage (whether material or non-material) caused to e-voucher users, to their computer equipment or to data which are stored on them, or to their personal, professional, or commercial activities. Further, Opodo shall not be responsible if one or more e-voucher users are unable to connect to the Opodo website or to use an e-voucher due to any technical problem or any problem linked to congestion of the Internet.
17. Opodo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this e-voucher promotion at any time.
18. Each e-voucher can be used by any person (who need not be the person to whom the e-voucher was given) provided that any person who uses the e-voucher is a UK resident and is aged 18 or over.
19. This e-voucher promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
